Aquamarine, Amethyst And Pink And Green Tourmaline Pendant
Bazaar does it again! Another utterly unique gorgeous pendant with a combo of perfectly complimentary natural semi precious gemstones. Set in a north/south orientation, this pendant is bookended with tumbled aqua marine, a pale sea blue colour. Next, naturally forming shards of pink and green tourmaline sit either side of a square, cabochon cut rich purple amethyst. The uniformity of the square amethyst is nicely balanced with the irregularity of the tumbled aqua. All gems are set in to Indian silver with each section being hinged to give fluidity of movement

This piece was designed by Joanna Hall. She selects the semi precious stones in Jaipur from various stone cutting families and dealers, always choosing the very best - "The ones that sing". Surrounded by the stones she designs these totally unique pieces, allowing the colours and shapes of the gems to take the lead. These one off creations are then set in silver by some of the most skilled silversmiths in the trade. Jo has been working with some of the families in this process for over 25 years.
